Sliplining , large diameter pipe

Sliplining is one of the oldest methods for pipe rehabilitation. Our divers are trained in many methods of achieving installation and pouring of your sleeved pipe. We install bell and spigot, flanged, welded, HDPE , and PVC pipe. We then form up and grout the annulus .

Spool Pieces

Our personnel are experienced in pipeline construction. Using metrology, we can build spool pieces for the final tie in piece.

P & A or plug and abandon work is common practice for our personnel. When a pipeline needs to be taken out of service, we can assist you in the process.

The installation of this intake pipe required heavy lifting, demolition of the current site conditions, form work around the annulus of the intake and tunnel, and pouring of grout to isolate the intake of this structure.

To assist in the installation of this pipe, we installed lift bags in sections to make the pipe section neutrally weighted at depth.

Intake structures & gates

Fabrication is a large part of our work. Sometimes pieces do not come from the manufacturers built to specifications. Our crews have the knowledge and ability to correct these mistakes in the field. This can sometimes save time and money if your project is time sensitive.
